Mr. Ford is a Principal. He has worked in the vending and OCS industry since 1994, bringing over 12 years of financial and operational experience to Edison Strategies. Mr. Ford has been in charge of the largest contract-remanufacturing center in the country, employing as many as 120 people. He is also a partner in All State Manufacturing. All State Mfg, based in Terre Haute, IN, specializes in manufacturing and distribution of Vending and OCS equipment.

Mr. Ford is the author of a several articles targeting entrepreneurial vending and OCS managers called “Sell the Experience” and “Mass customization” both articles were written for Vending Times.

Mr. Ford is a director of the Indiana Manufactures Association and a former member of the NAMA Trade Show Committee.

Andy Hayes is a Principal. He has worked in the Vending and OCS industry since 1984. He brings over 22 years of financial and operational experience to Edison Strategies. He currently is president of American Vending Machines, Inc., a remanufacturer of full line vending equipment along with a distributor of new equipment. Mr. Hayes successfully owned and operated a full line vending company in the Midwest for twelve years before selling it and starting American Vending Machines in 1997.
